Justin was raised in East Texas and moved to Amarillo in 2020 to join the LHO team and begin his Tax Accounting career. After graduating from Henderson State University, in Arkansas, he began working as an Auditor for Baird Kurtz and Dobson. Justin is a second-generation accountant and first-generation CPA. He enjoys finance, weightlifting, food, and can be found riding his motorcycle in the canyon when the weather is nice.

Dan Brown has been with Lemert, Holder & Ohm since 2005. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from West Texas A&M University & has completed the requirements to become a CPA candidate. Dan is a member of the Panhandle Producer and Royalty Owners Association & specializes in oil & gas joint interest billing and revenue distribution. Dan is married, has two grown sons and two grandchildren. In his leisure time, Dan likes to relax by playing guitar and being with his family.

Kevin Smith started working at Lemert Holder & Ohm in 2012 as an entry-level bookkeeper. In May of 2014, he graduated from West Texas A&M University. Kevin has several years of experience in the accounting field & specializes in tax. His niche for tax has advanced him to the position of Tax Manager. Kevin enjoys working out & maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Alli has been with Lemert, Holder, & Ohm since August 2018. She graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2016 with both her Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting. She has worked in tax accounting since 2014 under Jeremy Goelzer. She and her husband Andrew enjoy chasing around their German Shepherd and helping with productions at the Amarillo Little Theater.

Amber started working at Lemert Holder & Ohm in 2022. She graduated from Western Governors University with her Bachelors in 2022 followed by her Masters of Accounting in 2023. She began her professional career in accounting in 2020 and is excitedly growing in the field of public accountancy. Amber and her husband Ryan enjoy trying out new coffee shops, binge-watching their favorite shows, and going on adventures together.

Shannon is a native of Amarillo and graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Master of Professional Accounting degree in 2005. She obtained her CPA license in 2009.  Shannon began her professional career working in public accounting but also served as a controller for an oil and gas contractor for over a decade. She returned to public accounting as a tax professional in 2019. Shannon is a proud member of Soroptimist International of Amarillo, a women’s organization dedicated to the economic betterment of women and girls. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and going out to restaurants and movies. She can often be found at various sports activities for her many nieces and nephews. She enjoys hanging out with her dog Lucy and cat Callie and tending to her small farm of goats and chickens.  

Sandy Ludington began her career with Lemert, Holder & Ohm in January 2012. In May of that same year, she graduated from West Texas A&M University with her Masters in Professional Accounting. Sandy has several years of experience in the accounting field and is a QuickBooks Pro Specialist. She enjoys spending time with her three children, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Christina began working with Lemert Holder & Ohm in November 2014.   She has worked in the accounting and payroll field since 2001.  She enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her grandchildren.

Elizabeth Lopez has been with Lemert, Holder & Ohm since March 2016.  She graduated in 2006 with her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.  Elizabeth has several years of experience in the accounting field and has been even named a Systems, Applications & Product (SAP) super user.  She enjoys spending time with her eight nephews, two nieces and loves to travel with her husband Mark & his baseball team. 

Jodi came to Lemert Holder & Ohm the first time in 2017 with over 13 years of management, accounting and payroll experience. She rejoined our team in 2019.

She enjoys traveling with her husband, motorcycling, gardening and cookouts with family and friends.  She also works as an Independent Mary Kay Consultant in her spare time.

Melanie began her career at Lemert Holder & Ohm in 2021. Melanie has an Associate degree in Business Technology.  She has been in the Bookkeeping and Accounting field for over 9 years.  Melanie is passionate about her job and enjoys working with so many wonderful people. Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband, James, their six sons, and beautiful granddaughter.

Kaytlin Mellenbruch joined Lemert, Holder & Ohm in August 2024. With over eight years of experience in accounting, payroll, customer service, and business administration across various industries, Kaytlin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, reflecting her commitment to professional development and excellence in her field.

Outside of her professional life, Kaytlin enjoys a variety of hobbies, including cooking, gardening, traveling, and attending concerts. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. Kaytlin and her husband, Dustin, share their home with two cats, Nutmeg and Patrick, and one dog, Benjamin, who bring them endless joy.

Ben started working with LHO in June of 2022. He is currently working towards his Masters of Accounting at West Texas A&M University. He is excited to learn more about tax accounting and helping clients meet their needs. Ben likes to relax by hanging out with friends and watching movies.

Kristi started working at Lemert, Holder & Ohm in December of 2024. She graduated from West Texas A&M University in December of 2021 and graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration in May of 2024. She began her career in accounting in 2021 and is currently working on obtaining her CPA license. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her dogs, gardening, and baking.

Dale Turner began his career with Lemert, Holder & Ohm in March 2008. He is a lifelong Texas Panhandle resident. Spending most of his career in agriculture gives him insight into an industry that is both key to the Panhandle economy and challenging. Dale spends most of his firm time working behind the scenes keeping the firm wheels churning. He is also versed in human resources, bookkeeping, payroll and state & federal tax filings. He is married to De-An and has two sons, Dustin & Anthony. His philosophy on life that “we are not put on earth to serve ourselves” motivates him to work with inner city kids through various volunteer efforts.

Ann Hendershot joined Lemert, Holder & Ohm in April 2007. Her friendly attitude & kind demeanor has given her the unofficial title of “Chief First Impressions Officer”. She and her husband have one daughter and a grand-dog. The family enjoys traveling together whenever possible.

Shelbey started working with LHO in November of 2017. She graduated from West Texas A&M with her BBA in Accounting and Finance in 2018. She began as an intern in our office has worked her way up to Billing Manager. Shelbey and her husband Trent have two children, Zayden & Zaylee. Most nights they can all be found at some sort of practice and weekends are reserved for games and Cheer competitions.

Megan is a new addition to the Lemert, Holder and Ohm family as of January of 2024. She has worked in financial services for 5 years and possesses a strong background in administrative operations and customer relationship management. She looks forward to using her experience to help serve our clients. Megan has a teenage daughter, Lena, and a handsome pup named Ringo. A self-proclaimed homebody, she spends most of her free time cooking, reading, playing “recreational” volleyball and watching true crime documentaries; however, she does have a need for adventure and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and attending an array of music concerts with loved ones and friends.
